Shower curtain missing in the second room!!! Pool cleanliness needs serious attention, with dead bugs floating around!!! Housekeeping barging in without warning is a definite privacy blocker!!!

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The check-in process was efficient, thanks to the friendly staff who offered local dining suggestions. The room was cozy, though the shower drained slowly. A few more trash cans outside would enhance the experience significantly.

The pool was a hit with the kids, and the clean rooms made our stay enjoyable. Plus, we loved the breakfast spread—plenty of choices to keep everyone satisfied before we hit the road.

the bathroom could use some attention🚽 but the staff was really friendly and the room was clean. the a/c worked well, cooling the space fast. also, the ice machine was super convenient! !

The room was clean and had a refrigerator, microwave, and a comfy seating area. It also had a tea/coffee maker, decent TV, and plenty of toilet paper. The outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch for relaxing. Staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Really great service overall.

Couple seeking clean stay

I enjoyed the outside lounging with grill outback the friendly housekeeper was awesome. We had a spacious room with clean linens and nice decor throughout.

Enjoying iced coffee on the outdoor lounge added to the experience. Unfortunately, management responsiveness was lacking when a serious bug issue arose in the room, taking several calls to address properly. Poor service was also apparent during breakfast hours, with food running out early and not being replenished, leading us to seek alternative dining options.
